Three generations ago, we started the hobby of tapping our sugar maple trees for a taste of nature's candy. Now, we've developed into one of Ontario's largest and most capable maple production facilities. We operate over 22,000 taps, boiling our sap on a high-capacity, wood-fired evaporator to produce 100% pure Canadian maple syrup. From boiler, to barrel, to bottle. 
Each year in Formosa, Ontario, Voisin's produces bulk maple syrup for a growing number of retail locations. To meet our growing demand, we purchase high-quality syrup from over 200 independent & local maple producers.
