Shipping & Returns


If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from LeBLANC boutique, we are happy to exchange or give store credit within 5 days of your package arriving. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Return of the product or products must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The items must include all tags attached and or original packaging, along with the original sales receipt. LeBLANC must be able to sell the item so please be careful when trying on regarding makeup, perfume, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Some items such as swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits & skin care are final sales and are not eligible for any kind of return, credit or exchange. All sale items along with any purchases using a promotional code are also final sale, and are not eligible for any kind of return, exchange or credit. 

***Please note that LeBLANC is not responsible for return shipping costs and the initial shipping payment will not be refunded. Items need to be sent back with insurance of $100 or if the item is less then the price of the item. If sent back without insurance and the package is damaged or lost in the mail you are responsible for the item and a return will not be processed. This does happen occasionally so please make sure to insure your return package. 

A RETURN NUMBER has to be authorized by LeBLANC boutique before items can be sent back. To receive a RETURN NUMBER please email [email protected]. We will get back to you with your number that has to be placed in or somewhere on your packaging.

All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away and send us photos of the damaged packaging or garment.



You may cancel or make changes to your order only providing that the order has not been packaged or shipped yet. If an order is cancelled within this time no refund will be given. A store credit will be added to your account at that time. To make any changes to your order please send an email to [email protected] immediately after order placement.



Your purchase will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. LeBLANC uses Canada Post for shipping all items and a tracking number will be emailed to you unless otherwise stated with your item purchased. With Canada Post all packages will include $100 of insurance in the case of a loss of parcel. Once LeBLANC boutique has sent the package we are no longer responsible for your shipment. This means in the very rare occurrence of a loss of package, you are now responsible. LeBLANC boutique shipments are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier, Canada Post. If you wish to purchase additional insurance please let us know immediately after your purchase is placed.
